lsuite
the lsuite launcher
Beta

Every lsuite app.
One place to keep them.

lsuite is the suite's launcher: one app that installs and updates ryolune, kimchi, zenith, nori and folio from their signed releases, signs you in to lsuite AI once for every app, and keeps your files in lsuite Cloud. A native Rust app like the others, and like them, everything you can click is a command your agent can run.

Apps

Install once. Stay up to date.

Each app comes from its own GitHub releases, and nothing is installed until it checks out against the release key built into the launcher. A new version is unpacked next to the old one and swapped in; if anything fails, the old copy stays.

Signed

Verified before anything is replaced

Every download is checked against the app's signature (minisign or Ed25519) before it touches your apps. A file that doesn't match is thrown away.

Careful

Your work comes first

An open app is never replaced or removed. Removing an app keeps its documents, settings and data, and copies you built from source are shown, never touched.

Everywhere

Where apps belong

/Applications on macOS, the app's own installer on Windows, ~/.local/share/lsuite/apps with a menu entry on Linux. The launcher updates itself the same way.

lsuite AI

Sign in once. Every app is signed in.

The launcher holds the same lsuite AI account every app reads: sign in through your browser or with a key, and the agents in all five apps work. It shows your plan, the month's allowance and your cloud storage; plans are chosen on lsuite.xyz.

You don't need an account to install or update anything. The apps stay free; lsuite AI is the one optional thing lsuite sells. A demo for now: no payment is taken.

lsuite Cloud

Your files, on every computer.

lsuite Cloud comes with a paid lsuite AI plan, and the launcher is where you manage it. Your documents stay plain files on your disk; nothing goes to the cloud unless you put it there.

Folders and files in lsuite Cloud, in the launcher.
Files

Upload and download

Upload files or whole folders, or drop them on the window. Downloads are checked against their SHA-256.

Folders

Organise

New folder, rename, move and delete, with a confirmation before anything goes. Usage against your plan, always in view.

Sync

A folder kept in step

Pair a folder on your computer with one in the cloud and it syncs both ways. When both sides changed, both versions are kept.

Plus comes with 50 GB, Pro with 250 GB, Studio with 1 TB. See the plans.

Agent and scripts

Your agent can set up the suite.

Every action is a command, the same from the window, lsuite-cli and lsuite-mcp: install an app, update them all, upload a folder to the cloud.

You decide what an agent may do. Installing and cloud uploads are on; removing apps, deleting cloud files and signing in or out stay off until you turn them on in Settings › Agents.

# install or update from a script
lsuite-cli apps.install app=kimchi
lsuite-cli apps.updateAll

# or hand it to Claude Code
claude mcp add lsuite -- /path/to/lsuite-mcp
Download

Download lsuite beta

lsuite 0.1.0 for macOS, Windows and Linux, with lsuite-cli and lsuite-mcp. It checks for its own updates too; they are signed and verified before anything is replaced.

Also: Windows portable .zip · Linux .tar.gz · All releases, with SHA256SUMS and the signatures.

macOS

Drag it to Applications

Open the .dmg and drag lsuite to Applications. It is signed and notarized by Apple, so it opens like any other app.

Windows

Run the setup

Run lsuite-windows-x86_64-setup.exe: it installs for you alone, no administrator needed. Or unzip the portable .zip anywhere.

Linux

Make it executable

chmod +x lsuite-linux-x86_64.AppImage, then run it. Or unpack the .tar.gz and run lsuite.

Questions

Before you install.

Do I need the launcher to use the apps?

No. Every app has its own download on its page and updates itself. The launcher puts them in one place: install the ones you want, update them all at once, and hold the one account they share.

Do I need an account?

Not to install or update anything. An account is only for lsuite AI and lsuite Cloud, if you want them.

How do I know a download is genuine?

The launcher carries each app's release key and checks every file's signature before it installs. If a signature doesn't match, nothing is replaced. Its own updates are signed the same way.

What does lsuite Cloud cost?

It comes with a paid lsuite AI plan: 50 GB with Plus, 250 GB with Pro, 1 TB with Studio. On Free you can still list, download and delete files already there. A demo for now: no payment is taken and storage is capped small.

Will it touch the copies I built myself?

No. Copies outside the usual places, such as builds from source, are listed and left alone.

Does it send anything about me?

No telemetry. It asks GitHub for releases and lsuite.xyz for the list of apps, and, when you're signed in, for your account and your cloud files. Nothing else.
